The Sexual Harassment Act 2022 (“the Act“) has recently received Royal Assent on 8 October 2022 and has been published on 18 October.
Sections 1, 2, 24, 25, and 26 of the Act have come into force on 28 March 2023. The remaining sections of the Act have yet to come into force.
