Aainaa Nadira Mohammed Hashim (Associate)
Aainaa is a dedicated legal professional with a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) from the International Islamic University Malaysia, graduating in 2021. She began her career as a pupil at Malaysia’s leading law firm, where she honed her skills in civil litigation and intellectual property law, gaining invaluable experience in diverse practice areas.
Admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in October 2022, Aainaa is driven by a strong passion for courtroom advocacy. She has built a robust career at two prominent law firms, focusing on civil litigation and banking and insolvency litigation. Aainaa has co-represented clients in high-stakes cases involving judicial management, debt recovery, defamation, and various contractual and tortious disputes. Her expertise extends to judicial reviews, land references and providing individual and corporate clients with comprehensive legal support in complex corporate and commercial disputes.
In October 2024, Aainaa joined RWC, where she continues to specialise in litigation and Intellectual Property law – fields that ignite her passion and commitment to delivering exceptional legal service.
Outside of her professional pursuits, Aainaa enjoys painting and reading – finding solace and inspiration in creative expression and literature. This balance of interests enriches her approach to law, allowing her to navigate the demands of her profession with clarity and resilience.
