Iman Balqis Naser (Associate)
Balqis graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) from Cardiff University in 2019 and went on to complete the Certificate in Legal Practice in Malaysia in 2020. In 2024, she commenced her pupillage at RWC under the tutelage of Mr. Richard Wee and was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in March 2025.
Throughout her pupillage, she has gained hands-on experience in various areas of law, including electronic commerce, sports law, general litigation, employment law, corporate drafting, and general advisory. She developed a strong interest in electronic commerce, sports law, and employment law, and has been actively involved in drafting Malaysia’s electronic commerce bill. In sports law, she has assisted in governance disputes and selection challenges involving athletes and organizations, while her employment law work spans both advisory and litigation matters. These areas remain central to her growing practice, alongside her broader litigation and corporate advisory work.
Beyond her legal career, she is passionate about running and actively participates in marathons.
